*Items sold are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE.
*Orders placed CANNOT be canceled.
*Changing of orders BEFORE the current batch closes is fine.
*Payment must be made within 3 days.
*Orders will be canceled if payment is not made after 3 days.
-Unless you have told the admins earlier that you will be paying late due to personal reasons.
*We use PosLaju to ship your items to your house.
*We only do shipping within Malaysia currently.
*We can do meet ups, only at a few areas in Penang but please arrange your time with us.
*Posters are only available WHILE STOCK LASTS.
*There will be 2 batches every month.
- 1st batch closes on the 14th of every month.
- 2nd batch closes on the 29th of every month.
*We will NOT be responsible if your item is damaged/lost during delivery.
*All albums are imported from Korea and are counted in Hanteo chart.
